Chef Bertus Basson’s ‘In die Sop: Restaurant Evolusie’ kykNET series comes to an end, revitalises 10 country Restaurants!

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for gorgeous unexpected rain this afternoon although my Ant App certainly predicted it, and it being 10C cooler today; for a busy writing morning; for seeing my cleaning team only briefly, as our walk together was rained out this afternoon; for all the wonderful music to which I have been able to dance to on the Kfm FlashDrive show of Carl Wastie and Zoe Brown, keeping me sane throughout all Levels during Lockdown, doing its last 2020 broadcast this afternoon; for a lovely relaxing Pedicure at Sorbet Camps Bay, getting a 50% birthday discount; for getting two Discovery Gameboard plays, bagging another Woolworths voucher of R100 at the cost of 750 Miles (R75), and finding that I have a spare unused one; for a lovely cool walk through deserted Camps Bay this afternoon, checking with each restaurant if they will be open on all the public holiday days; for a one hour afternoon deep sleep after a very short sleep last night; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
