The Sweet Service Award goes to Woolworths in Hout Bay, and its Assistant Manager Claudia. I went shopping at the store on Wednesday, and we had to wait for quite a while in the queue to pay. Nonna Lina Sweet Service and Woolworths Sour Service Awards!
The Sweet Service Award goes to Nonna Lina and its manager Juandre for making me a dry cappuccino twenty minutes before the restaurant officially opened its doors for service. I was killing time before the start of a movie at the nearby Labia Theatre. I was however surprised at the R6 extra I was charged for the double shot, something I have never seen on a coffee bill before!
