Corona Gratitude đ
#grateful for a beautiful summer day, at 24C, locals at the beach and swimming in the Tidal Pool, and a huge traffic jam through Camps Bay from the Hout Bay side right now, ahead of a cold and wet three days from tomorrow; for surviving on 5 hours sleep, when the Nigerians started a party in our block at 6h00 this morning đą; for a hardworking writing morning; for a Camps Bay walk at midday; for a Vit D shot on my terrace and managing to sleep for another hour; for a Bakoven walk, sensing how happy everyone is on this beautiful day â¤ď¸; and for being healthy and free.
After 90 minutes of not being able to sleep due to the party noise in Sacha Jackâs Ebb Tide Apartment 201 this morning, I called the Camps Bay CSI security service. The Nigerians were inebriated, and shouted abuse at me and the security officers, so they decided to call the police, arriving an hour later with a new shift of CSI security officers. It definitely put a stop to the music, but the renters were very angry that they cannot play the music at the volume and time of day that they want to. I am scared to be here on my own, given how aggressive these guys are when they are inebriated.
Sashaâs friend Jenna Barenblatt decided to lecture me during the course of the day, about âbullyingâ poor âphilantrophicâ Sasha on Twitter …. đđđđ – except that I rarely post on Twitter, she not understanding the difference between my Blog and Twitter….. Ag shame đ. Iâve blocked her. #CruellaWarfare. Jenna was shocked that I know her father Henry from many years in market research together đ¤¤đ¤¤đ¤¤ I think that the only âphilantrophicâ donations Sacha makes is to her lawyers, for the lawyers letters she sends me and others.
So shocked to see the flood catastrophe in certain parts of Germany, affecting Belgium, Holland, and Austria too.
Early to bed tonight.
