Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for another beautiful day, at 27C; for a good writing and Social Media morning; for a terrace sun snooze; for a walk to Camps Bay and Bakoven, the talking interruptions along the way decreasing my heart rate, earning me 200 Discovery points today; for being happy and healthy. 🙏

My Sweet Service Award went to Camps Bay High and LATMA Dance Academy in CAMPS BAY CLEAN Bay, and the Sour Service Award went to EbbTide Apartment 202 in my block and its owner Magali Seguillon, its agent Elize Sewell of Camps Bay Apartments, the renters, and AirBnB, for the disturbance by their clients last weekend. 😡😡😡

Sweet Service Award goes to LATMA and Camps Bay High; Sour Service Award goes to Camps Bay Apartments/EbbTide Apartment 202!

A cat went missing in Camps Bay yesterday, and the German owner Katrin posted notices all over on my walk. I called her and then we bumped into other near Bali Bay Beach. I can see that she is distraught. They moved here from Gardens four days ago. I can so feel for them. I have posted a photograph of the poster on all the Facebook Groups in Camps Bay. 😻 (PS The cat has been found)

The writing was on the wall…. Imtiaz didn’t come to work on 3 of the last 4 working days, without apology or explanation. Today was the end of the story. Tomorrow Jo starts. I’m hoping that it all goes well. 😱

I’m so happy for my Utopia client, with its greatest number of clients tonight since Restaurants reopened for Sitdown in September last year. 👏👏👏

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December,  extended to 15 February on 11 January, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
