The Sweet Service Award goes to Discovery Insure and its call centre agent Nomfundo for her professional dealing with my call earlier this week, for being honest in acknowledging that the company has a system problem in that one is not being rewarded for good driving or for zero driving on its App. She also organised that I receive four Discovery Gameboard plays for the month of May, which should have been available next week, but were made available on Wednesday this week already, a day after the call!
The Sour Service Award goes to Discovery Insure, for still not having fixed its System problem which started in April, and for which I’ve visited the Discovery offices in Sea Point and on Bree Street in Cape Town, and called the Call Centre! There has been no communication to clients to apologise nor to explain what the problem is, and how long it will take to fix it!
