The Sweet Service Award goes to the City of Cape Town Traffic Services Department, for the renewal of my motor vehicle license taking all of 5 minutes! There was no one else in the hall, and they have done away with the completion of the green form, the lady typing my details directly from my ID book and my proof of residence!
The Sour Service Award goes to Discovery Insure, for its promise of taking my premium payment within 48 hours when I spoke to Dylan not being fulfilled. I called Discovery Insure six days later, and spoke to Flora, who saw on the system that the reference number I was given had no instructions linked to it. She promised to rectify the problem, and that payment would be taken within 48 hours, giving me a new reference number. True to her word the payment was taken this morning.
