Ten days ago Restaurateur and Camps Bay resident Ian Halfon, co-owner of the Slick Group, opened a Gibsonâs Gourmet Burgers Summer pop-up Food Truck inside the parking area of the Bay Hotel in Camps Bay, not only selling their well-known burgers but also delicious ice creams and milkshakes.
The Gibsonâs Food Truck is located in the centre of the Camps Bay Beachfront, clients accessing the ordering hatch via steps leading up to a platform on the Victoria Road pavement. Continue reading →
