#Grateful for a cool 19C day; for a busy working and writing day; for an energetic walk through Bakoven and up all the lanes and steps up to Camps Bay Drive, getting a good cardio workout and 300 Discovery points, a walk I loved doing with Imtiaz; for not having DSTV to see the Harry/Meghan broadcast, having heard the essence of it on all the news broadcasts on FaceBook during the day; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#Grateful for a lovely day in all respects, even though I was under time pressure to get all my writing and meeting preparation done this morning, making it just in time; for a walk through Camps Bay with my cleaning team, shorter than usual; for a good status meeting with my client, so happy to hear how well they are doing; for some quick shopping to satisfy my German genes; for dancing to Wannerlaas on Kfm; for a walk through colourful Bo-Kaap; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Saturday 6 June 2020, Day 6 of Level 3, after 66 days at Levels 4 and 5. 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a beauty of a summer’s day, so warm and with so many people out and about, walking and on the road thst it felt as if there would a traffic jam going through Camps Bay; for doing a deep-clean of the Camps Bay Beachfront with Joel this morning; for being calm and at peace, despite it being in Full Moon zone; for super Vit D therapy on the terrace this afternoon; for my FitBit having recovered to measure my steps again, but only 14 min of my heart beat….; for doing a second walk through Bakoven this afternoon; for so many friends caring about me, I receiving some advice about my Facebook post yesterday, so I amended it; for having the joy of Minsky living with me for 14 days already, completely at home, and loving my desk chair the most for sleeping on; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
