#Grateful for a sunny day, but still chilly at 14C; for surviving on little sleep, with the Nigerian and friends partying from 1h30 until 5h00 this morning in Sacha Jackā€™s EbbTide Apartment 201 ; for two Discovery Gameboard plays, winning another Woolies voucher from points left over plus the new ones gained today; for walks to Camps Bay and then to Bakoven; for being able to share a not-good situation from yesterday with a wonderful client, a very good listener; for being safe in Cape Town; and for being healthy and free. šŸ™šŸ’™ Continue reading →

#grateful for a day of rain, but with some dry patches in-between, the forecast thunderstorm not making its appearance; for surviving on 3,5 hours of sleep, after a very late night, with lots of photographs to Instagram; for a Bakoven walk during a first rain break, and a later walk to Pick n Pay for some chocolate to curb a crave; for a good houseclean, having been neglected in being so busy, the vacuuming giving a good step boost; for being warm and dry; for being home all day, and for being happy, healthy and free. šŸ™šŸ’™ Continue reading →

Musgrave Spirits launches Musgrave Copper flavour-infused Vanilla and Black Honey Brandy, the ā€˜Bourbonā€™ of Brandy!

 

Last week I attended a small intimate Media Event at Musgrave Spirits in Salt River, with only ten guests, to introduce its Musgrave Copper flavour-infused Pot Still Brandy. Musgrave Spirits is well-known for its Gin, and its Pink Gin in particular. We were introduced to the Brandy on ice, with mixers, as Savoury drinks, and ended off the evening with delicious Don Pedros. Continue reading →

The cost to host the event is estimated at R 6,4 billion.
