Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for my quietest day in the 52 days of Lockdown; for an energetic walk beyond Bakoven this morning, the Camps Bay Promenade being too full on weekend mornings; for Victoria Road in Bakoven having minimal dog poo; for a catch-up day back in bed for most of the day after the walk, catching up on the writing of others, and even a snooze, there being a slight nippiness in the air; for a shopping walk to refresh myself outside; for being rescued by PPA on my way home; for THE most amazing sunset tonight, listeners challenged by Kfm to send a pic, mine getting two special mentions, for 300 Discovery’s for my heart exertion rate for over an hour this morning; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
