Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a very misty morning turning into a 19C sunny day; for a relaxed but writing day, getting three Blogposts for the week ahead done; for a Woolies walk, becoming a bad habit đŸ˜±; for a lovely Bakoven walk with a great sunset, meeting Yuri the Russian on Beta Road, where I pick up litter left by a homeless person in the driveway of the house almost daily on my walks, starting a conversation with the owner from Moscow, but also able to speak German, inviting me for a glass of wine a next time I pass by and telling me that he bought his house at the start of Lockdown last year; and for being happy, healthy, and free. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

I left her prize of a bottle of Adhara Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil with her colleague, in recognition of being selected as a 2021 Top 10 Woman Chef. Continue reading →
