#Grateful for a most fabulous day, with surprises and super organized, packing a lot in; for an early start to my work, so that I could attend a 10h00 meeting, with the confirmation of my third restaurant client, this one brand new, opening next month, starting work on it straight awayâ€ïž; for amazing service to have a slow leak in my car tyre fixed at Supa Quick at the Total Garage on Main Road, Sea Point, taking 10 minutes and R100 to remove a screw đ; for a celebratory chocolate shop at Tomes in the Waterfront, its Gardenâs Centre branch having closed down; for a spoil cat food buy at Woolies, Whiskas pouches per box of 12 now Continue reading →



Firefly Café is a most unusual Café in Camps Bay, which opened in September. Expecting a coffee shop from the initial description, it opened with a tiny open -plan kitchen, serving largely dishes with air-fried chips, with coffees and teas too. I have visited the restaurant regularly, and have only two dishes which I would order there.
