Corona Gratitude đ
#Grateful for a beautiful sunny day, feeling warmer than the 17C weather forecast of my Weather App; for two lovely walks through Bakoven and a Camps Bay one; for seeing Reinard Gerber, GM of the Bay Hotel, whom I didnât recognize with his mask on after not seeing him in three months, at Sunset Sessions, which they are reopening in the next few days; for bumping into local Rick Jackson, having just returned from his holiday, and into Howard, who I see almost daily on our walks in opposite directions in the main; for finally hearing from the Western Cape Provincial Department of Economic Affairs and Tourism, three weeks after I emailed a lady working there all the papers we were told to send to her, so that we can receive our Tourist Guiding Badge and card…. itâs getting closer to the end now đ; for getting a Sorbet appointment on day 1 of reopening today….; for Minsky being a good lady today; and for feeling fit and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
