#Grateful for a beautiful day, cooler at 22C, will a light breeze, and clouds rolling in now; for being very relaxed this morning, writing most of a blogpost for next week, I often being under time pressure in my writing mornings; for a gorgeous snuggle on my bed with Minsky this afternoon; for a walk near the Tidal Pool with my cleaning team late this afternoon; for my own walk to 4th Beach Clifton and back, gaining 209 Miles; and for being happy and healthy 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#Grateful for good soaking rain overnight and this morning, clearing up this afternoon; for a very busy working morning; for walking to CitiVet Camps Bay for the first time, to buy deworming tablets for the CatKids, with very friendly service; for a surprise call from Lyndall from Kroonstad, who was in a lift club with me when our boys were at Bridge House in Franschhoek many moons ago; for a second walk through Bakoven; for dancing to Dansdag on Kfm; and for being happy and healthy. #Grateful for a beautiful warm 23C day; for a second sleep this morning, after watching the Trump-Biden-Flix final debate Live from 3h00 this morning; for peace and quiet in the building, with no staff bar one working today; for staying home all day, getting my steps via Couchrobics to Kfm; for finally getting to Discovery Gold, from Silver, feeling like I’ve been here for the whole year already, with another 10000 points to go to get to Diamond 👣😱; for International Champagne Day 🍾🥂, even though I haven’t drunk any in celebration; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
