Wednesday 10 November 2021, Day 41 of Level 1 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a smooth flowing working morning, preparing for two Status meetings; for gaining 2 Discovery Gameboard plays, and 370 Miles, as well as a Woolies R100 voucher; for a successful call to Discovery to assist me in getting the Woolies voucher number as I’d forgotten to add it to my wallet, and for correcting an error when Discovery charged me 900 Miles for the voucher and not 750, as they have done for the past year; for a mini Pedi at Sorbet in The Point Mall, and seeing the Continue reading →

Sunday 7 November 2021, Day 38 of Level 1 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a hard-working admin day for my clients, catching up on writing and proofreading; for a cool day at 19C, especially as the sun set, with a chilly wind; for a walk to Woolworths to pay my rates and taxes, and to buy my cat kids Catnip at Absolute Pets, which they love 😻; for a Bakoven walk; for a day of beautiful cloud art 💙; and for being happy, healthy and free. 🙏💙

#grateful for a mixed day of energy and of relaxation; for a cool day of 19C; for a light traffic drive to Harvest Culture Eaterie at Tyger Falls Waterfront for a Status meeting, served my favorite Dilmah Earl Grey tea with a slice of their newest Baked Cheesecake cake addition, so beautifully presented; for getting a Business Card designed at Wizardz in the Waterfront, using a special, realizing that for what I do I need a card, mine being at least 3 years out of date; for a shock discovery of the sign of the times that CNA and the Post Office have closed down in the Waterfront, although the post boxes are Continue reading →

Thursday 4 November 2021, Day 35 of Level 1 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a good productive working day, working from home all day, moving two meetings to tomorrow; for a walk to Woolworths, and enjoying the Tidal Pool for a while; for Gary Peterson coming for Abendbrot, with a lovely sunset, Lions Head having a hat of clouds, and Earl Grey entertaining us in charging up the strelizia plant, something I’ve never seen him do before, obviously good for claw sharpening; for Gary decorating our supper table so beautifully with the pink bougainvillea placed inside the serviettes; for a walk to the Theatre on the Bay, where we saw the
