Corona Gratitude 🙏
#Grateful for the rain that has fallen since last night and throughout the day, there hardly being a walking break, my pool filling up fabulously this month; for not having the time deadline pressure of writing a Blogost today, having written one after the President’s Speech last night; for catching up on admin; for a long catch-up call with my Alex; for missing out on Loadshedding today; for a cosy snooze this afternoon; for dancing to Kfm; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙
As a result of my AGM questions regarding the Body Corporate Budget our Portfolio Manager managed to get a 30% reduction on our Insurance premium, the company not wanting to lose our business… wow, it can be done!
At the first sign of some blue sky, I did a quick walk to Bakoven, watching the wild ocean there. 
On my way back it started pouring. Luckily I was wearing my cap, so my hair stayed dry. The rest of my steps I’ll finish off in dancing to Kfm 💃. The rest of the day it was one rain wave after another, pardon the pun, not clearing long enough for another walk. Minsky loved getting out when it stopped raining late afternoon. 😻

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, and lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
