Sweet Service Award goes to Woolworths Camps Bay; Sour Service Award goes to Uber!

The Sweet Service Award goes to Woolworths Camps Bay, and its managers Gary Arendse and Qasiem Kievits, who have been magnificent in sourcing products the store has been out of stock of. especially during the Lockdown, walking the extra mile for us as customers, knowing our first names, and always having a welcoming smile, when they walk the floor of their store.

The Sour Service Award goes to Uber, for deactivating my account for an unknown reason on the eve of the Lockdown. I have been able to contact the Support service as a result, and have resorted to contacting the company PRO. Her feedback was that they had communicated with me by email, one that I have not used in years. I asked her to use the email address she and I were communicating on, but I still have not heard from them after providing the correct email address.
