Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for another beautiful day, the South Easter pumping now; for having been able to work with my Cleaning Team for the past three months, and having built up a great team, learning from them too; for two easy-going walks through Camps Bay; for my client receiving two fabulous reviews on the Good Bad & Nasty Cape Town Restaurants Facebook Group, the 11th and 12th ones since I started working on the marketing almost three months ago 💙; for a lovely sleep this afternoon; for my Kits having kissed and made up, now accepting each other as baby brother and sister, an anxious 10 days for me 😻😻; for receiving fantastic feedback from the Camps Bay residents with my team for our cleaning work; for having such peace and quiet in our apartment block, only one other apartment being occupied 👏👏👏; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#grateful for a 23C day, with the wind only picking up this afternoon; for both Imtiaz and Carmen of my cleaning team being at work today, tackling half of Geneva Drive with me; for getting some water to drink from WCafé at Woolworths after our strenuous walk, with a 200 Discovery point bonus for me; for a snooze this afternoon with My Grey lying next to my pillow, his sleeping place; for a second Camps Bay walk with Carmen, in the greater Tidal Pool area; for a fabulous spoil by Pick n Pay of a bulk pack of Smarties at the promised Black Friday price of 33% off, the box arriving 2 1/2 months later; for not even being aware of Loadshedding starting at 12h00, not affecting me at all; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#Grateful for a warm sunny day without a breath of wind, although we wish for these on the busy Camps Bay days; for my hardworking Cleaning Team of Imtiaz and Carmen, who experienced their busiest day of cleaning since staring about three weeks ago; for a Vit D snooze on the terrace; for very hard work in cleaning up litter this afternoon, until the very last minute at 18h30, when the Team finishes working on weekends, all of us exhausted, and putting in a good number of steps; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
