Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a hot 30C day, with just a breeze now; for a strenuous Camps Bay walk with Imtiaz, cleaning half of Camps Bay Drive, from Houghton Road to Ingleside Road, gaining 300 Discovery points; for Johnny Nortje driving with me to fetch the kitten Mr Grey (of 50 Shades of….,) in Plumstead, stopping for a half an hour lunch at Botanicum in Constantia; for Mr Grey being at home immediately, exploring, sitting on my lap at my desk, and sleeping next to me; for receiving 560 points in two Discovery Gameboard plays; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a fabulous day, with so many blessings, and flowing efficiently; for a relaxed start to the day, without any pressure to write a Blogpost today, being ahead of myself in writing; for a surprise call from another restaurant asking if I would like to do their marketing too …. you bet 💙 ; for a request to buy all three my SwitchBitch books 🙏; for a walk through Camps Bay with minimal litter to pick up, and very good mask wearing compliance; for a quick walking shoe purchase, my poor Reeboks bought in Havana last year having seen better days; for collecting my laundry; for putting in petrol ahead of a petrol price increase next week; for a head massage, hair trim, and blow spoil at the new salon Hair by Isabella in Sea Point; for popping in at Utopia to meet a VIP client, and then having two sets of friends dining there too, so I stayed and ate there too; for lovely weather today, starting with rain, but clearing this morning; for two Discovery Gameboard plays; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a beautiful sunny 21C day, despite the South Easter blowing all day; for an early morning meeting which I linked to a first Camps Bay walk, bumping into German swallows Haakon and Thomas at okja; for a spoil breakfast of a croissant and Dilmah Earl Grey Tea at Firefly Café, with a fabulous connection; for a second walk to Camps Bay this afternoon, popping in at Absolute Pets to buy a cat treat, and receiving two sample packs of their house brand Lokuno chicken and rice dry food to test on my cats; for a day of past connections, all of which I have let go of; for dancing to Kfm; for two Discovery Game board plays, totalling a lucky 470 points; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
