#grateful for a fabulous smooth-flowing day; for five and a half hours of sleep, yet energized throughout the day; for officially being welcomed on board at the New Kings Hotel in Sea Point, my newest client, in which another client is opening his new restaurant on 15 June, a most exciting project; for shopping at Checkers and Woolies, I’ll be in this hood every Tuesday afternoon, a bigger Woolies than my Camps Bay one (but not as good service); for bumping into Rufus Scholtz, who moves to Joburg next week, having been appointed as GM of a new hotel there; for stopping at Bokhe Creative Studio on Regent Road, for a slice of the BEST chocolate cake in Cape Town, Continue reading →
