Corona Gratitude šŸ™

#Gratitude for a well organized day, using a do-list, ahead of the Easter weekend; for getting my work done in good time ahead of my client meeting; for a good cardio workout on my secret Bakoven walk before I left for town, receiving 300 Discovery points; for putting in petrol, using more than a tank of petrol this past month, fueling up at BP on Regent Road, with Oupa offering excellent service, not deserving this name in his youthful age; for dropping off my Bedlinen at the Laundry next door; for fetching my Dinkel poppyseed rolls; for collecting an order from Lazari in Gardens; for playing Ms Easter Bunny, hopping about town doing deliveries; for an unusual but good client status meeting at Utopia; for being proud of my self-love, in walking out of a tea/coffee meet with my longest standing friend, when she disparaged me and tried to play Taurus mother to me in telling me what to do – one such Taurean mother in a lifetime was enough!🄵; for a royal treat by Chef Judi Fourie of Pilcrow & Cleaver, offering me a glass of Mooiplaas vino, with which I ordered a cheese board, with Brie, figs and unusual cumin shortbread šŸ’™šŸ™; for a weird relaunch of Infusions on Long, each tapas dish containing cannabis 😱, for a lovely letting-go walk on the Mouille Point Promenade; for Minsky waiting for me at the door when I got home; and for being happy and healthy. šŸ™šŸ’™ Continue reading →
