Tuesday 28 July, Day 58 of Level 3, after 66 days of Levels 5 and 4 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for another beautiful sunny day, with a lovely sunset; for a very long 9,5 hour sleep in two bouts, Minsky being a good girl and not waking me up; for the joy of being reunited with five precious Russian silver champagne glasses which I thought I had lost, and had let go of them… until Henry and I found them when we tidied up my storeroom, finding a bottle of red wine too, sent by a PR company a year ago when I was traveling, and for finding two very large paintings with a marine theme, which are perfect to hang in my single spare room, adding a good blue touch to a very white room, the tidy-up bringing such joy ❤️; a walk through Camps Bay and Bakoven, it sadly being very quiet in all the restaurants; for the indulgence of an electric blanket, warming me up in my bed; for having no stress or worries today; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a calm and peaceful day; for a beautiful sunny day but a chill initially, peaking at 18C; for a good writing morning and updating the Food Collection and Delivery list, as well as the restaurants opening for Sit-Down as well as the Restaurant Closure list; for an energetic walk to Clifton and back, with minimal litter; for a good fruit shop at Pick n Pay, the Woolies fruit shelves almost depleted, only having apples; for dancing to Kfm Dansdag; and for being happy and healthy 🙏💙
