Wednesday 3 March 2021, Day 3 of Level 1, Day 343 of Lockdown 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a lovely day, with a foggy start and possibly ending with rain, according to the clouds and Kfm; for winning 350 Discovery Gameboard Points today, enabling me to buy a R100 Woolies voucher added to left l-over points from last week; for an Earl Grey tea visit and a SwitchBitch Book series Book 3 buy by Marlene’ Eggersglusz van Duuren for her friend Lisa’s birthday; for getting my work done in time today for my client meeting; for a lovely brainstorming Status meeting with my client and the chef; for a walk that turned out to be one in my garage, having forgotten to bring my mask when I went for a walk, so I thought there was a message in that, going round and round in the garage, as I did many a day when we were in Level 5 last year, amazingly earning a wow 500 points; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙

My Wednesday meeting has lovely biscuits served with the tea, and was very jovial yet productive. So excited to give a 37 year old brand a good shake up. A new challenge.

I read about a dead light colored ginger cat having been found on Camps Bay Drive, so went to the vet. I was shown the cat and was relieved that it wasn’t KitKat, the second similar coloured cat I have seen deceased in three weeks.

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, and moved back to Adjusted Level 3 from 29 December,  extended to 15 February on 11 January, extended but relaxed on 1 February, and relaxed back to Level 1 on 1 March 2021, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
