Corona Gratitude 🙏
#Grateful for such a special day, the highlight being to finally meet the very kind and generous Shuba in their lovely home in Camps Bay, the winner of the ADHARA extra virgin olive oil for her review of Masala Café in the Restaurant Food Delivery Group, and for being spoilt so in their home; for another beautiful 21 C day, with mist in the morning, and soft clouds in the day; for doing so well in coping with 7 weeks of Lockdown; for a good workout walk up to Fourth Beach in Exercise Time, earning 300 Discovery Vitality points after zero yesterday; for seeing a 50 year old birthday being celebrated on the Promenade, at the Thrones, with cake and all; for a lovely chat with Sherryl on the way home, she living close by, both of us living Solo and offering to look after each other when in need; for finishing my writing early today, having done most of it last night; for having a wonderful tan snooze on the terrace, not having slept much last night; for a good step count today, my highest since Lockdown; for a blood sugar reading of 5,1; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙
The Blogpost was about the business sectors that opened up two days ago. And now eCommerce has been added too.
I was kept awake by the Argentinians partying with loud music until 1h00 this morning. I notified the apartment owner, and she sent me a sarcastic and rude reply, it being my fault of course…. 🥵
Kauai moved their sign out of the way on the pavement for us Exercisers, so I thanked the owner of the branch and his staff. 🙏
Early to bed tonight, need a good German movie. 🇩🇪

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier this week to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, and lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
