Monday 29 June 2020, Day 29 of Level 3, after 66 days of Levels 5 and 4 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a day of grey and drizzle, not stepping outside at all in the short little break in the rain, soft and gentle rain, with good news of how the dam levels are rising after all the fabulous rain; for a hardworking writing morning; for getting all the Body Corporate AGM documents printed (what a waste of paper); for half of my step goal done as Garagerobics, the rest dancing to Couchrobics on Kfm; for cat cuddles throughout the day, Minsky just having a short little outside break; for starting to update the Food Delivery and Collection list with Restaurants opening from today, many of these also still doing Delivery and Collection; and for being happy and healthy! 🙏💙

My Blogpost today was about industry leader warnings to restaurants to be careful about opening too quickly, in burning up their Cashflow. There are many restaurants not opening anytime soon, waiting for the on-site consumption of alcohol to be permitted. The Kove Collection is bravely opening each one of its restaurants, two per day over a week.

Restaurants allowed to reopen for Sit-Down Service from today, but do they really want to? Many will wait for Alcohol Sales to be allowed and/or for Summer!

Sandak-Lewin responded to my AGM questions today, 8 days after I sent them, one reply sabotaging my ability to have someone sitting in the meeting with me, given their deadline of yesterday for Proxies etc. I am disgusted at the shocking service from this Managing Agent company. 😡😡😡

SA Corona Status: 144262 cases 2529 deaths 😷😥

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, and lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
