Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a beautiful warm 23C day; for a second sleep this morning, after watching the Trump-Biden-Flix final debate Live from 3h00 this morning; for peace and quiet in the building, with no staff bar one working today; for staying home all day, getting my steps via Couchrobics to Kfm; for finally getting to Discovery Gold, from Silver, feeling like I’ve been here for the whole year already, with another 10000 points to go to get to Diamond 👣😱; for International Champagne Day 🍾🥂, even though I haven’t drunk any in celebration; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#Grateful for a day of grey and drizzle, not stepping outside at all in the short little break in the rain, soft and gentle rain, with good news of how the dam levels are rising after all the fabulous rain; for a hardworking writing morning; for getting all the Body Corporate AGM documents printed (what a waste of paper); for half of my step goal done as Garagerobics, the rest dancing to Couchrobics on Kfm; for cat cuddles throughout the day, Minsky just having a short little outside break; for starting to update the Food Delivery and Collection list with Restaurants opening from today, many of these also still doing Delivery and Collection; and for being happy and healthy! 🙏💙 Continue reading →

#Grateful for the copious amounts of rain which have fallen overnight and during the day, with a cloudburst at one stage; for the treat of having my hair cut and coloured by Isabella Page Morgan, my hair stylist for the past four years, part of my Transformation, at The Hair Company in Sea Point; for shopping under one roof in the Garden Centre, at Hartlief, Cassis, and Woolworths,  ;  for a quick Pop-In at Peppertree Café; for a most wonderful winter day snooze this afternoon; for listening to another episode of Hope@Home from The Monopol of the People in Berlin, with Georgian pianist Dudana Mazmanishvili ; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
