Corona Lockdown Gratitude 🙏
#grateful for a beautiful 27C day, with no wind, slightly less manic in Camps Bay than it was yesterday; for getting some client work done; for showing my new CAMPS BAY CLEAN Cleaner Gift Bakoven, and the litter HotSpots, and then sending him off to the Tidal Pool to clean up litter there this afternoon, filling ten Council bags today; for preparing for my 4th Advent celebration and pre-birthday party, so sad that so many of my friends were ill and could not join us, and even more special to have Mullerie Taljaard, Gary Peterson, John French, Nicholas Fjord and Emma celebrate with me, our Christmas treats being multicultural: German Stollen, German cookies (from Woolies), Greek biscuits from YiaYia’s Table; South African Fruit Cake by Mynhardt Johannes Tobias Joubert V, and a delicious Swedish Grogg (mulled wine) which Nicholas had brought along from Stockholm ❤️; for being spoilt with gifts, which I’ll open tomorrow; and for being happy, healthy, and free. 🙏💙
Thank you John French for going to get milk for me especially which we never used as we kept it alcoholic. We polished the bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rich which Nigerian Franklin had gifted me as a small apology for the Noise Disturbance he caused when he stayed in our Ebbtide apartment 201 😡🥂
#wordoftheday: Geboostert (3G) John French and Mullerie Taljaard.😂😂😂😂
Just realized that the mince pies were forgotten in the fridge 😱

I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
