Friday 22 January 2021, Day 26 of Level 3 Adjusted, Day 303 of Lockdown 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a most interesting unpredictable day, turning out fabulously; for an early walk, loving these before writing time; for an organized morning, meeting my time deadlines; for a quick meeting with my Cleaning Team; for a fabulous outcome of a meeting, securing new funding for the next three months for my cleaning team; for receiving an apology from the Sandak-Lewin CEO Carl Smit for a ten day delay in sending Henry a Petty Cash top-up, after I gave his company a blast for its tardiness; for meeting the lovely Marlene’ Eggersglusz van Duuren, both having German roots and family connections with Hannover, and lots more in common, who came to buy my SwitchBitch Book3; for a Tidal Pool clean up walk with my Cleaning Team; for reaching my first 5000 Discovery points of the year, 45000 to go to get to Diamond; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Monday 18 January 2021, Day 22 of Level 3 Adjusted, Day 299 of Lockdown. 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a beautiful day at 28C without a breath of wind; for a very busy working day despite very little sleep; for putting up a good defence against the extreme rudeness and discrimination against Henry by one of our Trustees, who manipulated herself into becoming our so-called Chairman when I was overseas, the lack of sleep probably helping me in what I had to say to her; for the excitement of running a competition for HQ Utopia with Dineplan and InstaEats, the latter with 44000 odd Followers, entries flowing in like crazy, with hundreds of new Followers for us on our first day, carrying on until Friday, being on my Instagram all day; for a Zoom meeting of our Camps Bay Ratepayers Association this afternoon; for a very late walk to Camps Bay, with little litter to pick up and still only a 10% mask wearing 😷🥵; for being able to type this during Lockdown; for a wow 500 Discovery points for my brisk Camps Bay walk, with an excellent heart rate; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Wednesday 25 November 2020, Day 66 of Level 1, Day 245 of Lockdown 😷

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#Grateful for a lovely sunny day, not too warm at 18C; for a good night’s sleep; for diving right into my new Environment portfolio regarding cleaning the Camps Bay Beachfront; for receiving two boxes of Vegan products from B-Well, promoting Vegan Month; for easily baking a Vegan Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake in a Mug, missing my MasterChick Jenny Stephens, it not being as fluffy and light as I expected it to be; for a walk to Camps Bay, including a Pick n Pay shop, being lucky to have the new nice cashier again, and for a walk in Bakoven, with little litter today 🙏; for two Discovery Vitality Gameboard plays, scoring 360 points, enough to buy a R100 Woolworths voucher for only 750 Miles (R75) together with Miles left over from last week; and for being happy and healthy. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
