The Sweet Service Award goes to the City of Cape Town Traffic Services Department, for the renewal of my motor vehicle license taking all of 5 minutes! There was no one else in the hall, and they have done away with the completion of the green form, the lady typing my details directly from my ID book and my proof of residence! 
The Sweet Service Award goes to Discovery Insure, and its Claims Administrator Tovhowani Mufamadi, for the excellent service I received from him in efficiently dealing with my claim for damage caused due to a storm, responding almost immediately to my emails, and keeping me posted during all the steps of the claim process. I had switched to Discovery Insure just two months prior to the storm, but that did not affect my claim. Of all the Discovery staff that I have dealt with telephonically or by email during Lockdown  Tovhowani has been a shining star compared to the other Discovery staff. He received a 10/10 score from me when Discovery sent me a service survey.
