Corona Gratitude đ
#Grateful for a warm sunny day with an active ocean; for being able to walk to the shops for Essentials, the staff in our local shops being exceptionally friendly, such a lovely change; for my sunshine terrace allowing me to gain some Vit D; for a chat with Stuart Bailey; for Dinsdag Dansdag dancing on Kfm, and its heartbreaking stories about financial devastation of locals, the station and Lotto Star giving away R10000 each to 50 locals desperately needing some money đ; for the gracious professional manner in which Nomsa received the A & G insurance cancellation of my policy, although she did offer me reduced premiums – not sure why they didnât do this proactively as other Insurance companies are doing; and for being happy and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
The Sweet Service Award goes to Woolworths Camps Bay, and its managers Gary Arendse and Qasiem Kievits, who have been magnificent in sourcing products the store has been out of stock of. especially during the Lockdown, walking the extra mile for us as customers, knowing our first names, and always having a welcoming smile, when they walk the floor of their store.
