Anatoli Mediterranean Restaurant has introduced a new Tasting Menu, offering 5 courses at R195. It offers a Meat/Fish Menu, as well as a Vegetarian alternative.
Long-established Anatoli serves generous portions of authentic Mediterranean foods, including hot and cold magic Mezzes, aromatic main courses, and delicious desserts, all beautifully presented. One can end off one’s Mediterranean dinner with a Turkish coffee and Raki, a Turkish Aperitif.
Anatoli Chef Jacques du Toit is passionate about spices, his favorites being sumac, coriander, cumin, star anise, and cinnamon. He is a creative creator of unique dishes, and with his team creates flavourful food.
The Anatoli Mediterranean Tasting Menu is as follows:
#. Lentil and Harissa Soup with Minted Yoghurt and Garlic crouton
#. Confit Lamb with butternut puree, spinach, grilled tomato and jus
(Butternut Risotto & wilted spinach – Vegetarian alternative)
#. Pan-seared Linefish, Prawn and Calamari Bisque
(Slow-cooked leeks in tomato sauce – Vegetarian alternative)
#. Beef Fillet Kebab with Ezme, Hummus, Mint Yoghurt and Flatbread
(Beetroot Pea Hummus, char-grilled baby vegetables and a soft-boiled egg – Vegetarian alternative)
#. Chocolate Fondant with Orange ice cream
(Blueberry, Coconut and Chia dessert – Vegan alternative)
Anatoli recently launched its brand new Website. Its Menus and the Beverage list can be found on the website, and reservations can be made with the Dineplan button.
Anatoli Dining options are the À la Carte menu, and the very affordable new Anatoli Tasting Menu. The restaurant is Halaal – friendly.
