  1. Hi Chris – Rocca in the Cape Quarter is closed, opening Sept 1st as (I think) Celtic Cafe. Also the Japanese tapas bar beside Cafe Dijon at the Rockwell is called Izakaya Matsuri and totally yumalicious and finally The Banting Kitchen has opened at Cape Royale. cheers Mary
